Joy Sarkar (Born 1989, West Bengal, India) is an Indian Lawyer whose alma mater is Lincolns High School, Techno Model School and University of Calcutta. 

During his school years he participated in various extra-curricular activities like sports, Social support programmes supported by UNESCO, UNICEF, etc. In his university years he attended seminars and presented papers relating to Problems of Corruption. After he obtained his law degree he practiced law in District Courts of North 24 Parganas and Kolkata as well as a brief period in Calcutta High Court. He mainly specializes in Family, Property, Tax, Banking and Consumer Laws. Being the eldest son in his family he also manages his father's business which include International trading, export-import and marketing and equity trading in National and Bombay Stock Exchanges. 

Presently he practices as a legal advisor and an activist of Right to Information and Consumer Rights. He is also associated with legal firm Sandip Chakraborty & Associates.
